24 hours prior to session time.  Inside of 24 hours/same day cancellation will forfeit that session and be marked as a completed session.

NO.  All sessions must be completed within month of package commitment.  NO ROLLOVER.

Cancellation and/or rescheduling due to inclement weather is at the trainer's discretion.  You will be notified in advance or no later than 1 hour prior to your scheduled session time.
